Make Your Own Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Brookies

You’ll of course need to preheat the oven first up to 350F.

Spray your 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.

You’ll want to split the chocolate chip cookie dough up so you have 12 pieces.

You’re going to press a piece into each of those 12 muffin spots in the pan.

Next, you’ll put one Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup into each cookie dough-filled muffin cup.

Make sure you put them in UPSIDE DOWN and press down ever-so-gently.

You’ll then pour the brownie batter on top of each, but be careful… you don’t want to overfill those muffin cups.

You can reserve that extra brownie batter to throw in a small greased pan that you can bake up separately for additional treats.

The muffin cups should only be ¾ full by the time you’ve got all 3 items in each.

These bake for about 18 to 20 minutes. You’ll want to let them sit in the pan for 5 minutes before taking them out.

Serve them warm and don’t forget to top them with ice cream, hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream, chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, sprinkles, and other indulgences.

These only take 20 minutes, so look below for the full recipe to treat your family and friends to these peanut butter cup stuffed brookies!
