Make Your Own Mini Skillet Cookie:

There is really nothing to making this mini skillet cookie. It’s a snap! You can preheat the oven while you mix everything together to get the ball rolling.

Like any cookie, this mini skillet cookie begins by mixing the flour, baking soda, and salt together. Then you’ll trot out your stand mixer to combine the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, and butter.

And yes, you probably guessed it…you’ll add the dry and wet ingredients together. After that, don’t forget the chocolate chips!

Once the batter is prepared, you’ll pour it into a medium sized cast iron skillet and bake it. It will get a lightly golden brown color all around the edges, but before it gets to that point, you’ll be swooning from the heavenly aroma wafting out of your kitchen with this mini skillet cookie.

When it’s done, you can serve it with ice cream. If it’s for a special occasion like a birthday, you could even write a message on it with icing.
