Seriously, they’re simple. You literally only need six ingredients to make this recipe and with 3 simple steps, you’re done. That’s it. There’s no baking for forever, no prepping and waiting for forever, and no cooking up something for your family to enjoy that you can’t.

Tips for making these keto cookie dough bombs

The key to having these form and set up is to make certain to let them freeze for the hour. (But if you don’t, it’s still okay…it will tend to just taste a little bit more like a keto frosting and not really a keto bomb anymore)

This recipe is a fun one to take and share with your family and friends. While they’re loving the taste and flavor, you can then surprise them by telling them that they’re keto!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 6 tablespoons of peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 1/3 cup swerve brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Lily’s chocolate chips

Instructions

With a mixer, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.

Once combined, fold in chocolate chips.

With a cookie scoop or by hand, roll into 10-14 cookie dough balls.

Freeze for 1 hour, then enjoy!
