Pink Lemonade Ice Cream Made with only 3 Ingredients!

But I have to be honest. The real reason that I’m pretty much obsessed with this homemade ice cream recipe is that there are just three simple ingredients. That’s it. Knowing that I can whip up homemade ice cream without a ton of time or effort is a huge checkmark and win in my book.

Can you use other flavors of Kool-aid in this recipe?

Sure, why not? I love the taste of pink lemonade so it just makes sense, but who says that you can’t change it up a bit and try out orange or grape or even lemon-lime? Since the flavor of this ice cream recipe is just as simple as changing the packing of kool-aid, you can make a ton of different flavors and have a taste test to find out your favorite.

Just buy that jumbo multipack of kool-aid at the store because I promise you this…Once you make this once, you’re going to be on ice cream duty all summer long.

As you can see from this Easy Colorful Kool-Aid Ice Cream recipe, I love to try out different flavors and colors.

Tips for making this Pink Lemonade Ice Cream

What can you really add to a recipe that is as simple as this? Oh, I know. My tip, from parent to parent, is to scoop out your own bowl and set it aside for later. As soon as the kids taste this, it’s going to be gone faster than you can “holy moly” so sneaking your own bowl first is highly advised!

Serve these with this with a delicious Pina Colada Mocktail for a Summer party, and you’re all set!

This Pink Lemonade Ice Cream is such a sweet flavor that tastes great in a bowl or a cone!
