Make Your Own Oreo Cookie Cake
This Oreo sprinkle cake is made in a 10-inch round cake pan, the perfect size for a small gathering, or to add to a dessert table. You may want to be first in line to try it or else you’re going to miss out.
To make the cookie cake, you’ll preheat the oven and get your cake pan prepped with baking spray. Then whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. In another large bowl, you’ll beat the butter and both the brown and regular sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
Next, the eggs and vanilla get beat in, and then you’ll gradually beat the dry stuff into it until it makes a dough.
Now for the fun! The chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and rainbow sprinkles are folded into the dough. You can now press it into the cake pan and cover it with the rest of the chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and rainbow sprinkles. Send it to the oven and once it’s done, let it cool completely.
The chocolate ganache is made on your stovetop. You’ll want to let it sit for a minute before you whisk it to smoothness. For the vanilla frosting, you’ll use the stand mixer to beat the ingredients together.
Once the Oreo cookie cake is cooled and the other ingredients are ready, you can decorate it with the toppings. To see the full recipe on how to make that happen, look below!
