Fudge is a perfect sweet treat when you want something decadent and rich. Pair it with your favorite Heath toffee candy, and you’ve got the perfect mix!
We typically have fudge during the holiday season, but lately we’ve tried it throughout the year on special occasions. Now I have NO IDEA why we haven’t done this before!
Fudge shouldn’t just be reserved for Thanksgiving and Christmas, it’s great all year ’round!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 12-ounce bag of dark chocolate chips
- 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1-8-ounce bag of Crushed Heath Candy Bars Topping
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Step 1: Spray pan with cooking spray and cover bottom and sides of the pan with parchment paper or foil and set aside.
-In a medium size bowl, add chocolate chips and butter. Melt chips in microwave in 30 second bursts until completely melted and smooth. Do not cook for more than 30 seconds at a time or you will they can burn.
Step 2: Fold in sweetened condensed milk.
Step 3: Fold in 4 ounces of the Heath Bar English Toffee Baking Bits.
Step 4: Spread mixture evenly into the pan.
Step 5: Press rest of the Crushed Heath Candy Bars Topping into the top of the fudge.
Step 6: Cover baking pan with foil and place in refrigerator until fudge is firm. Place fudge on cutting board and cut into 1-2” pieces and enjoy!
