This is the easiest cookie dough fudge you’ll ever make! Super full of chocolate chips + it’s ready in minutes + you only need to use pantry staples! Best of all? This is the perfect combo between cookie dough and a chewy fudge candy!

I’ve always been scared about trying to make fudge at home. I thought it was super complicated and the only images that came to my mind were of those huge copper pots, thermometers and candy machines you usually see at fudge factories.

However making fudge at home can be incredibly easy! Like so easy it only takes a couple of minutes and you only need to have on hand someantry staple ingredients. Honestly? After making these I can only kick myself for not trying to make it any sooner!

Why is this the best fudge recipe ever?

  • It’s super customizable. Just like cookie dough you can play with your mixins as much as you like. Add some chopped nuts, ,some peanut butter chips or mix in macadamia and white chocolate chips. Use what you have on hand and all those things you crave.
  • It’s really easy! There’s no need to have thermometers or be super careful with time or temperature
  • It’s SO delicious
  • Super quick
  • A real crowd favorite

How to store cookie dough fudge?

The best way to store this type of fudge is refrigerated. Since we are not fully caramelizing the sugars (or adding a lot of it) you’ll need to keep it in a cool place so it will hold up its shape.

You can also cut it up and wrap each piece in parchment paper, like you would do with candy! It’s a beautiful and simple gift idea for friends, family and neighbors.

Oh and you can double, triple and half the recipe! So you can make the exact amount of fudge you are craving at the moment. I love when you can do that with recipes!
