What You Will Need for Cookie Monster Cookies

  • Flour – All-purpose flour will work just fine for this.
  • Baking soda – This ingredient gives cookies that golden color.
  • Sweet cream butter – Choose unsalted and let it soften
  • Sugar – Both light brown sugar and granulated sugar are needed.
  • Eggs – It’s what brings this cookie dough together.
  • Vanilla – Trust us, you don’t want to make a cookie without this extract added!
  • Salt – Kosher salt has what it takes to balance the sweet flavors.
  • Oreo cookies – Chop them up (your food processor can do this).
  • Chocolate chips – Both mini and regular sized!

Make Your Own Oreo Monster Cookies

Because these Oreo Monster Cookies are so, well, monstrous, you’re going to need 2 cookie sheets for the job. Use parchment paper because it will make you have one less thing to clean up and we know you’re already busy to the max.

You’ll preheat your oven while you get the dough ready. In one bowl, you’ll put the flour, baking soda, and salt. With your mixer and in another bowl, you’ll cream the butter, sugars, and vanilla. Then you’ll add your eggs.

Don’t just dump the eggs in all at once. Do them one at a time, and after they’re all in there, you’ll gradually add the flour mixture as your mixer does its thing.

Once the dough is together, you can add the chocolate chips and Oreos, reserving some of them put on top after they bake. You know what looks great? Whole Oreos on top, so make sure you reserve some that you don’t chop.

After you bake these, you’ll immediately want to finish topping them off with the remaining chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, and Oreos. Then you can let them cool and present your ultimate Oreo Monster Cookies to the world. Scroll down and get the full recipe below!
