What You Will Need for This Apple Cinnamon Roll Bake

  • 12 pack of cinnamon rolls – Walmart’s Great Value Brand has the same terrific taste as the name brand making it a great choice for a budget-friendly treat.
  • Apple pie filling – You’ll need just a 15-ounce can. We’ve also used the Great Value brand here.
  • Non-stick spray – If you don’t have a non-stick pan, you’re going to need this so you can ease it out when serving this delicious creation!

Make Your Own Apple Cinnamon Roll Cobbler

This 2-ingredient delight is made by combining cinnamon rolls with apple pie filling. By using pre-made ingredients, it speeds up the process. Sure, you could make cinnamon rolls from scratch, but who has the time to do that? (Psst…If you’re wanting cinnamon roll flavors in the morning, you can try these cinnamon roll overnight oats.)

For new home cooks, busy moms, or anyone that needs almost-instant gratification for sweet eats, this is the perfect recipe. While the full instructions follow below, you’ll basically preheat your oven and then get everything ready.

That means chopping up the cinnamon rolls after trying not to scream when that can pops as you open it. Then putting them in your non-stick oven-safe pan (or greasing it if it isn’t non-stick).

You add the apple pie filling and then bake this up. Once it’s done, you finish it with the included cinnamon roll frosting. You could even go so far as to add chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts to make it fancier if you’d like though these are completely divine with only 2 ingredients.

You can also opt for making your own apple cinnamon rolls if you’re wanting to create your own too.

Want to make a big portion? Just double the recipe. Since there’s only 2 ingredients, that’s easy to do. You can use a bigger pan or split it into 2 pans. We can easily see this as being THE dish everyone fights over at a potluck too, so go for it!
