Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Egg

Making these cookies is a breeze. Just stir all the ingredients together, throw them in the oven, and wait until they’re fully cooked. Here are the simple directions…

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

2. In a mixing bowl, add peanut butter, sugar and 1 egg and mix it well.

3. Roll the cookie dough into 1 Tablespoon sized balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

4. Slightly press down on each ball with a spoon. Then add your criss-cross pattern to the cookies with a fork by pressing down on each ball of cookie dough in opposite directions. (Straight up and down, and side to side)

5. Put your cookies in the over and bake for 12 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack or plate.
