Gluten Free Kitchen Sink Cookies

Gluten Free Kitchen Sink Cookies Recipe:

Makes 16 Cookies

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 14 minutes

Ingredients:

2 sticks (one cup) butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg

2 ¼ cup gluten free baking flour

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips

¾ cup dark chocolate chips

½ cup caramel chips

1 cup chopped gluten free pretzels

½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Add butter, brown sugar, and sugar to a large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.

3. Add vanilla and egg and beat to combine.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten free baking flower, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.

Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix until combined.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips, caramel chips, and pretzels.

6. Drop dough by ¼ cupfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten the cookies slightly and top with a sprinkling of sea salt.

7. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, until edges are golden brown but centers are still soft.

8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.

9. Serve and Enjoy!
